Our instructors are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. Many of them hold advanced degrees and have years of teaching experience.


The length of our courses varies depending on the subject and level. Generally, courses range from a few weeks to several months.

Yes, CCHT is an official Ready to Work Training Provider. The following are approved RTW Programs:

  • Certified Nurse Aide
  • Medical Assistant
  • Pharmacy Technician
  • Phlebotomy

There are three ways to apply to determine your eligibility for Ready to Work assistance:

The Medical Assistant training is 50% online with the remaining 50% being in person an assigned externship site.

  • Day, Evening, or Weekend externships are offered in coordination with the clinical site's operational hours.
  • The Medical Assistant Program Cost Is $4,985 and it takes approximately 20 weeks to complete as a hybrid (partially online) training method. .
  • Enrolled students are required to complete 160 hours of in-person clinical hours at an assigned clinical rotation site


The Medication Aide class is currently offered as an in-person day program:

  • Program hours are Wednesday and Friday 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
  • The cost of the medication aide program is $1,200 and it takes approximately 14 weeks, only two (2) days per week for 5.5 Hours each day.
  • Enrolled students are required to complete ten (10) hours of in-person clinical at his/her current employer setting


We currently offer various CNA Classes throughout the year in the hybrid online (partly online) format:

Program Hours:

  • Day Program – Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with Clinical Hours being 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.
  • Evening Program – Monday, Tuesday, And Thursday 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm with Clinical Hours being 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm
  • Weekend Program – Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with Clinical Hours being 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
  • Hybrid (Online) – Lectures are online.  All labs and clinicals are pre-scheduled and must be completed in person. 
  • The CNA Program Cost Is $1,190 and completion time varies and depends on the program of choice
  • Day Class (partially online) - Approximately 4-5 weeks
  • Evening Class (partially online) – Approximately 7 - 8 weeks 
  • Weekend Class (partially online) – Approximately 7 - 8 weeks


The Pharmacy Tech training is 100% online with an optional non-paid in-person externship:

  • The externship will be coordinated with the clinical externship site.
  • The Pharm Tech Program cost is $1,840 and the time it takes to complete the program is approximately 14 weeks online with an option to complete an additional two-week non-paid externship.


Our Phlebotomy Program is offered in the hybrid (partially online) format:

Program Hours:

  • In-person hands-on lab skills are held on Wednesday 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
  • Required 36 hours of in-person clinical at an assigned clinical rotation site
  • The cost of the Phlebotomy Class is $1,155 and takes approximately 8 week


We offer the following nursing skills practice sessions:

Nursing Skills Practice is a good way for nurses to practice certain skills in a safe environment away from his/her current employer.

  • Chest Tube Maintenance
  • PleurX Drain Maintenance
  • Foley Catheter Insertion
  • IV Insertion and Certification


Yes, we teach CPR for certification.  We teach American Heart Association (AHA) First Aide, Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR, AED and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification classes


Yes, there is a down payment (deposit) for the Medical Assistant, Medication Aide, CNA, Pharmacy Tech and Phlebotomy programs.
 

You will first need to complete the online registration and pay the $100 registration fee.  

Once the registration fee is paid, a member of the team will contact you to schedule the required enrollment appointment.  During the enrollment appointment, you will be required to pay a $150 down payment (deposit) to hold your seat in the class for the Medication Aide, CNA, and Phlebotomy Course.   The Medical Assistant Program requires a $400 down payment (deposit).  The Pharmacy Tech Program requires a $350 down payment (deposit).  


  • The registration fee and down payment (deposit) are both deducted from your total program cost.
  • Payments are due bi-weekly
